"Atlas group" to buy famous hotel "Majestic" ?

Famous Belgrade’s hotel "Majestic" will be, most likely, sold through offer for takeover. The Securities Commission received request from "Atlas group" for procurement of stocks of "Majestic" through this model. The offered price is still a secret.

"Majestic" entered privatization according to the old Law, so that 60% of stocks is still in the posession of employees and pensioners, whereas remaining 40% is owned by Share Fund.
