Lawyers and Ministry of Justice agreed

Mutual document called "Agreement of expert teams of the Legal Chamber of Serbia and the Ministry of justice of Serbia " was signed.

Agreement has five acts and it included that agreed changes to the Law on public notaries and supplementary laws make its constitutional part .

During negotiations January 5, teams, as the representatives of both parties informed, “to large extent aligned their requests for solving issues of the legislation upon changes to the Law on public notaries and they hope for soon reply”.

Lawyers halted activities in entire Serbia September 17, requiring for changes to the Law on public notaries and governance of lump sum taxation.
