Microsoft revives Nokia phones

Microsoft announced launching of a number fo models of new generation, "nokia 215" among them, whose sales price is USD 29.

Since Microsoft acquired Nokia" in 2013, the brand name has started disappearing and “lumia” models smart phones have been a replacement.

Microsoft, however, is planning to attract with new cheap devices, users in parts of the world with few sources of electricity supplying.

Apart from favorable price, Nokia 215, has record autonomy of functioning, 29 days when not used and 20 days if communication is through a device.

Since the phone is almost only for phone calls, connection with internet is very limited so there are no chances a battery is discharged for no reason.

Although Africa or India are the main target markets for "nokia 215", phone brand and design provoked nostalgia with users of that brand in the western countries who saw in this phone a kind of renaissance of famous "nokia 3310", it was published at website 20.minutes.fr.
