NASA is building city above the Venus?

The American space agency, NASA, is planning to place above the Venus a special floating city where astronauts would live for a start.

During a 30-day mission, NASA should transfer a team of people who would, in the Venus atmosphere, place large balloons, similar to dirigible which would contain rooms for living.

The only flaw is that a few decades will pass before people really start living above this planet.

Above that "devilish" place, on some 50 km of height, conditions are similar to the ones on the Earth. The atmosphere pressure is the same as on the Earth while air space provides sufficient protection from solar radiation.

This is why NASA is planning to place a special floating city there. The project is known as Havoc and is currently in the feasibility study stage which brings hope that the mission on this planet closest to the Earth could come true realistically.
