Black list of businessmen as of October 1, 2015

The head of the Agency for business registries (APR) Zvonko Obradovic, reminded that proposal of the Law based on which ABR will introduce registry of disqualified entities, called “black list of businessmen”, which will limit responsible people in companies to set up new companies in case it is proved they violated the law, has been in preparation.

Registry of disqualified entities should start operating October 1, 2015, he announced in his interview for the new edition of the Nova ekonomija magazine.
