Swiss Quinterra interested in shopping mall construction in Valjevo

Quinterra AG headquartered in Switzerland is interested in building a shopping mall at the location of former Valjevo-based Remont, local media report.

- The company informed the town it is planning to build a shopping mall at the location of former Remont which is privately-held. The City of Valjevo will provide a guarantee to Quinterra that the space planned for parking in the area of Remont will not change the purpose as long as the shopping mall exists. The same contract obliged Quinterra to develop the existing parking which looks like more like a ruin now. According to Serbian standards, for the needs of shopping mall functioning, the interested company complies with all the terms for its construction. However, according to EU standards, it takes 150 parking places more so that all terms would be fulfilled– Vamedia portal reports.
