Fund "FIMA Invest" started with work - more than 7m EUR collected in 15 days

The second investment fund in Serbia, named "FIMA Invest" Belgrade, started to work yesterday (May 7, 2007). This fund managed to collect more than 7m EUR in 15 days.

The Manager of "FIMA Invest" fund, Milan Marinković, stated that that company for investment funds management had had the deadline for registration and payment of investment units prior to April 30 and that about 600 members had paid more than 7m EUR in that period.

Marinković pointed out that "FIMA Invest" had been registered in the Registry of investments funds of the Securities Commission on May 4, which practically meant that it had obtained the work permit.

"FIMA Invest" is the open investment fund that can invest 75% of capital into stocks and the rest into other securities. In addition, it can invest up to 30% of capital in the countries of European Union and OECD.
