Chinese yuan listed as currency traded in in Serbia as of January 12

Today, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) has announced today that it listed Chinese yuan as currency which can be traded in at Serbian foreign currency market.

It was specified in the announcement that at today’s meeting, the Executive Board of NBS decided to list Chinese yuan as a currency which can be traded at foreign currency market.

Chinese yuan will be listed among foreign currencies and effective foreign cash banks can trade in and at the list of effective foreign currency which authorized exchange offices can buy and sell.

Chinese currency will listed as “Chinese yuan renminbi", marked as CNY and numeric sign 156.
