Slovakian "Oz-kovex" bought Brown Coal Mine Ivangrad - €300,000, investment worth €4.7m

Slovakian company “Oz-kovex”, which bought the entire property of the brown coal mine “Ivangrad”, from Berane, for €300 000, will sign the sales contract by the end of next week and submit banking guarantee worth €4.7m, which will be invested in the mine within next five years.

The buyer will register new company with the headquarters in Berane in Montenegro. The mine’s property is made up of the coal mine “Petnjik”, a capacity of 250 000 tons of coal per year, the separation “Budimlja”, a capacity of 500 000 tons of coal a year, administratibe building, workshop facilities, restaurants and construction buildings on surface area of 6852 square meters.

 

The list of property includes 82 325 m2 of land and many means of transportation and infrastructure equipment.
