Farmakom sells foundry in Pozega for EUR 3,24

The concern of Farmakom MB Sabac- Livnica Pozega AD, in bankruptcy, has announced today that sale of foundry of castings and the plant for production of composite safety slippers in that town.

The bankruptcy debtor’s property was estimated at RSD 388.661.224 (some EUR 3,24 m), and the offers can be submitted by January 26, 2015.

Sabac-based Farmakom MB whose owner Miroslav Bogicevic was arrested in November this year owns the Foundry.
