Reconstruction of the Belgrade City Hotel at Sava square underway

The Belgrade City hotel at the Savski trg (the Sava square) in Belgrade could soon be reconstructed and superstructures.

- It is still not known when the facility reconstruction will start. It primarily depends on how soon the main design will be adopted, how fast location and other permits will be issued as well as from the investor, which in this case is Belgrade-based Rimex- Nikola Kovacevic from Korak M says.

One of the challenges is the fact that the facility is protected as a cultural monument so the project had to be aligned with it, Nikola Kovacevic added.

Public presentation of the urban planning project of the hotel reconstruction and superstructure which Korak M company carried out will last until December 24.
