Austrian "Soravia" wants Ada Bojana and Valdanos

Austrian “Soravia" is interested in purchase of Ada Bojana, Valdanos beach and Montenegrin airports.

- Austrian "Soravia" is well-known as the owner of "Hilton" hotel in Vienna and numerous hotels in Europe and Asia – the Manager of that company, Hano Soravia, confirmed.

He said that the joint venture system, that is, the form of private-public partnership, was the most interesting to that Austrian company.

The Manager of company "Soravia" said that the whole attention of that company was focused on Montenegro and that they impatiently expected announcement of the tenders.

Soravia pointed out that Austrian company was satisfied with former collaboration with Montenegrin State agencies and expressed hope that the cooperation would be even more successful in the future.

"Soravia" signed the contract with hotel-tourist company "Budvanska rivijera" on January 10 in Vienna on rental of tourist complex Slovenska Plaža on period of 21 years and construction of "Hilton" hotel in Budva, worth 40m EUR.

Soravia stated that Austrian company would invest 23m EUR in reconstruction and modernization of Slovenska plaža.
