Bigger quantities of Rubin's wines travel to China - Krusevac-based company intensifies cooperation with partners from the East

Chinese state-owned company, Sinohem International Tendering Co and Serbian beverage company, Krusevac-based Rubin, will sign a Memorandum of cooperation during the upcoming summit of China with 16 CEE countries, the Invej company which owns Krusevac-based plant, announced.

As announced, after excellent two-year cooperation with the leader of spirits and wines, representatives of a big Chinese company offered to sign memorandum as a step towards more intensive cooperation of the two big companies.

Sinohem is ready to use its advantages and expand sales of Serbian products from Rubin through its wide national network, GM at Rubin, Zoran Bekric, said.

According to him, top and high quality wines of Rubin will be delivered to China in larger quantities which will strengthen company position in this part of the world.

Memorandum implies that both parties are recognized as the most important business partners when it comes wine and spirits and that their cooperation will be fully supported.

The delegation of the Chinese company, Guan Nan, after its interest in acquiring Vrsacki vinogradi, expressed intention to cooperate with Krusevac-based beverages company as well.

Upon that occasion, last weekend saw the first meeting of management of Krusevac-based plant and lieder at the Serbian market with the delegation of Guan Nan.

The Chinese delegation toured Krusevac-based Rubin and made preliminary agreements on future cooperation.

- When one of the biggest businessmen and the richest people in China pays you a visit for a meeting, it is obvious that big business is underway– Bekric says.

They, according to him, toured the plant and showed a big interest in production process and expressed their intention to cooperate in classical trade as ell as to start cooperation with Rubin at the highest level possible.

Guan Nan is the biggest textile company in China with the widest portfolio among which it comprises world leaders of fashion and confection.

Even though beverages production is not their core activity, after Vrsacki vnogradi, head of the company, Cai Shao Xiong, expressed a wish to generate strategic cooperation with Krusevac-based Rubin, Invej announced.
