Eurofima finances development of railways in SCG, 74 million CHF?

Minister of International Economic Relations of Serbia and Montenegro (SCG) Predrag Ivanović met general director of Eurofima Andrea Bove for the sake of realization of loan for restructuring of railways of SCG. Association of Yugoslav Railways turned to Eurofima with appeal for loan worth 74 million CHF for the period from 2005 to 2007 for procurement and overhaul of locomotives.

Realization of this loan would result in increase in scope of transport in SCG during that period by 5.8 - 19 %. The decision on approval of credit will be made by the Administrative Board of Eurofima at the meeting on June 24, 2005. Eurofima is European association for financing of procurements of railway material with the headquarters in Bazel.
