Are there buyers for property of Tesla bulb plant?

Trustee in bankruptcy at Pancevo-based bulb plant, Tesla, has announced again the company property sale.

The most valuable real estate is a building with supplementary facilities, in Paje Marganovic street, which is estimated at somewhat more than RSD 114,24 m. Production hall Badaleks (estimated at RSD 84,78 m), raw materials warehouse with packing, car bulbs production hall, pack machines and a compressor are also available to buyers for sale.

The estimated value is by no means compulsory for potential buyers.

Sale will be carried out via collection of written proposals, through direct agreement. The offers will be opened every first and the third Wednesday in a month.
