The car renting agency, Budget has been operating in Serbia since 2002 when PanAlex obtained the right of exclusive licence user. Thanks to the fleet of most modern vehicles, Budget Serbia offers entire range of services in short-term and long-term car renting.

When it comes to vehicle choice in Budget, individuals mainly use smaller city cars while corporative clients mainly opt for vehicles of mid and business class.

Budget introduced a mini vehicle leasing service and we asked our collocutor how the market here responded to the service.

- The market has had fantastic reaction to this service since renting period is flexible and there is an option to replace a vehicle after agreed time for rent expires for a vehicle of another category. Thus, our clients can change a few vehicles over the year, of course, in line with their wishes.

Depostovic says that in the winter times when the roads are wet and sliding, higher number of damages are expected.

- Luckily, winters have been milder and shorter lately.

- Every client when taking over a vehicle, gets on duty contact phone for emergencies. Depending on a break or problem with a vehicle, our department in charge of vehicle maintenance, organizes further problem solving. In the next period, "Budget" is planning to expand the fleet additionally, implement new groups of vehicles and services as well as to invest in software solutions which will develop service quality.
