Company "SBS" to become part of "IBM" global technological services

Company "IBM" announced yesterday (April 26, 2007) signing of the agreement on procurement of services for maintenance of "IBM" hardware with the private IT company "Serbian Business Systems" (SBS), with the headquarters in Belgrade, which deals with the sale of hardware, software and services. The financial details of the transaction has not been announced.

The ending of the entire procedure is expected this year. Following the signing of the contract, part of "SBS" for maintenance of "IBM" hardware will become part of "IBM" global technological services for maintenance and technical support to business.

"SBS" is the leading provider of information technologies in Serbia, supplying the local market with hardware, software and maintenance services, based on the solutions of several business partners, including "IBM", "Cisco", "Symantec" and others.
