Niska pivara again at an auction December 4

Deadline for deposit payment and application to participate at an auction for the sale of Niska pivara expires today.

Buyers who are planning to participate at an auction scheduled for Thursday, December 4, must pay a deposit of RSD 156,8 m.

The initial price at the third public auction in a row for the sale of Niska pivara totals RSD 310 m. At the first auction, it totaled somewhat more than RSD 390 m, and at the second RSD 360 m.

Niska pivara is under hammer as a production and business unit with departments and other facilities on 22.620 m2, built on some 3,65 ha of state-owned.
