Belgrade bus station on stock exchange on May 8, price of stock -1,700 RSD

The stocks of the Belgrade bus station (BAS) will appear on the stock exchange on May 8, when the first trade in stocks of this company will take place. The starting price of the stock will be 1,700 RSD. The majority package of 50.86% of stocks of BAS is owned by BAS Consortium, the Share Fund owns 30.28%, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund has 10% of assets, while the remaining stocks are the property of minor stockholders.

The stocks of the majority owner, BAS Consortium, are excluded from the trading on the basis of the temporary measure of prohibition of the disposal of stocks, which was passed by the Commercial Court in March 2007.

According to the data from the prospectus of the company, total incomes of BAS in 2006 amounted to 903.9m RSD, 864.8m RSD of which were the incomes from the sale.
