Assembly of Komercijalna banka adopts shares conversion

Komercijalna banka announced that the shareholder assembly of the bank adopted decision on issuance of new emission of ordinary shares with which will turn preferential, replaceable shares into ordinary.
As it was previously been known, 8,1 m preferential replicable shares owned by
the state (40,83%), EBRD (23,83%), IFC (21,05%), DEG (9,53%) and Swedfund (4,77%)
will be replaced with ordinary shares in 1:1 ratio.
After the decision is implemented, Komercijalna will have 16.817.956 pieces of ordinary shares at the last price of RSD 2.616 which gives market capitalization of RSD 44 billion (EUR 366,6 m). The Assembly of Komerciajlna also adopted "dividend policy" of the company whose content has not been available for the public yet.
