Agrokor sells or rents 72 shops

Croatian Agency for market competition protection (AZTN) gave its consent to Agrokor for the sale or rent of 72 retail outlets which is one of the measures from conditionally approved concentration of Agrokor and Mercator, AZTN announced.

As it was stated, Agrokor has a known buyer for seven shops while for the remaining 65,within the measure of sale or rent, it received compulsory offers, regional portal Seebiz reports.

Decision on conditional approval of concentration of Agrokor and Mercator, governs the measures for Agrokor when it comes to protection of Mercator and Konzum’s suppliers.
