French VINCI is interested in airports in Montenegro, regional media report
One of the key presumptions in our aim to become highly prestigious tourist destinations in Europe is quality traffic availability and development of standards in airline services – president of the Government of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, said in his discussion with Nikola Notebart, president of French VINCI group, one of the leading operators for airports management in the world.
- This way, flight frequency would increase and Montenegro would become more
available for tourists and visitors which will open perspective for new
tourists– Djukanovic said.
Representatives of VINCI group expressed the interest for setting up partnership with airports in Montenegro and services in line with the highest standards in the region and Europe. Their agreement, as they outlined, would be followed by a marketing campaign which would promote Montenegro to investors, tourists and visitors.
Communication continuation with the resource ministry was agreed at the meeting in order to consider the offers and partnerships options in more details
VINCI group operates 24 world airports with a turnover of 40 million passengers and it implemented numerous projects in USA, Russia, France, Portugal, Great Britain and region.
Let us remind that it has recently been announced that French VINCI is interested in Belgrade-based Nikola Tesla airport , and Memorandum of understanding on developmnet of international airports in Serbia has recently been signed as well.
