Serbia and IMF reached an agreement

ThePrime Minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic,has said today that today is an important day for Serbia since agreement withthe International Monetary Fund has been achieved.

-The economic plan which the entire world will support was adopted – Vucic saidat the press at the Government of Serbia after the meeting with thecommissionaire of EU for policy of neighborhood and negotiation on expansion,Johanes Han.

Vucicoutlined that without economic plan “political declarations would not mean athing”and added that important topic during discussions with IMF was implementationof serious reforms in Serbia which will take “some time”.

A today’s press conference, representatives of the Government and IMF will announce agreement on new engagement of Serbia with the international financial institution.
