Awards for Oscar of quality 2014

On behalf of SCC, Jesa Ercic, head of the Service and Entrepreneurship Department at SCC congratulated the winners, outlining that complying with standards and quality management system contributes to promotion of competitiveness and companies’ efficiency.

Miloc Jelic, president of the Foundation for culture of quality and excellence reminded that the World day of quality has been celebrated, upon suggestion of UN since 1990, and the first European award for quality was given in Spain in 1992. Since 1994, the magazine "Kvalitet introduced the “Oscar of quality “in former FRY.

The "Oscar of quality" was established in 1994 and it has been given since 1995, firstly as the award for quality and since 2000 for business excellence. It was created as EFQM Excellence Award.
