Representatives of the "Fractals" project will organize
next Tuesday (November 25, 2014) "Info day” and a workshop where they will
present the program in details, provide advice for application to innovative
SMEs ICS companies and web entrepreneurs. The event will be held at the amphitheater
at the University of Novi Sad (dr Zorana Djindjica street, no. 1), starting at

"Fractals" started September 1 2014 and its main objective is distribution
of grants for 50-60 SMEs and web entrepreneurs from entire Europe, in ICS and
with an objective of developing applications for agriculture sector based on
so-called Future Internet"
principles and technologies.
Total fund of "Fractals" project for grants totals EUR 5,52 mil EUR. "Fractals" open call will last until November 30, 2014 and will last for three months, until February 28, 2015, Vojvodina ICS cluster, one of the partners at "Fractals" project announced.
Nine partners from 6 countries participate in the project – Development Fund of AP Vojvodina (DFV), Serbia; University of Novi Sad - BioSense Centar (UNS), Serbia; Vojvodina ICS cluster (VOICT), Serbia; ATOS, Spain; University in Athens (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, NKUA), Greece; DLO, the Netherlands; Association of companies in ICS of North Greece(SEPVE), Greece; Association of software companies (YASAD), Turkey; and Bulgarian association of software companies (BASSCOM), Bulgaria.
"Fractals" is one of 16 projects approved for funding within the third stage of "Future Internet –
Public-Private Partnership", and among 90 project applications from the whole Europe.
The project is an ideal opportunity for companies in Serbia (and from entire Europe) to apply for funds for development of ICS applications in agriculture.
The call will be open for all SMEs and entrepreneurs in Europe and the special
accent is on the regions which have not taken significant part at the "Future
Internet" program.
