French company is coming to Obrenovac – 1400 new hires

In seven days, a French company will sign with the Government of Serbia a memorandum of understanding and then the contract which will provide vacancies for 1400 people.

The Prime Minister of Serbia said it November 7, specifying that the company’s majority stake is French capital but he did not mention its name or business.

Upon touring Obrenovac with the French Prime Minister, Manuel Vals, Vucic thanked the French government for fast and efficient support after floods in the town and for reaction of French companies which helped in damage rehabilitation.

Stating that so far, five billion dinars have been invested in Obrenovac so far, that 64 houses have been built or the construction has been in progress, Vucic reminded the citizens of Obrenovac went through hell which is why he understands people cannot be satisfied but he outlined the Governent did everything it could to help them.

Having thanked to his French colleague, Vucic said that his visit to Obrenovac is the greatest honor for the town during the previous five decades.

The president of municipality of Obrenovac, Miroslav Cuckovic, said he is proud for having the opportunity to welcome Manuel Vals as the greatest governmental head who visited Obrenovac during the previous 50 years, outlining we were especially moved his personal wish of the French Prime Minister to come to Obrenovac.
