Hypo sells bad loans from the Balkans

The package of bad loans which Hypo Aple Adria bank set aside long time ago from healthy business units in the Balkans which it was selling to the Advent fund, has finally been sold.

The package totals EUR 168 m which is sold to Norway company, B2Holding, the Austrian agency APA reports, mentioning that the transaction value has not been published.

The agreements on this project were signed in mid August and the job was finalized yesterday with the so-called bad bank heta, set up last week with an objective to reorganize Hypo bank in Austria.

The package sold to the Norwegians contained non-payable loans from Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia..
