New special meeting of Backa from Sivac scheduled for November 24

The Board of directors at Sivac-based Backa, decided to schedule a new special company’s meeting with the same agenda which was at the special meeting held October 17 this year.

The special meeting of the company assembly will be held November 24 in Sivac, Sinteza Invest Group reports.

The decision was made for the simultaneous and total protection and rights of all shareholders and rights of the company, equally.

At the previous meeting, the decision on disposing with the property of high value was made but a public notary was not present. The new meeting will not diminish any right of any shareholder regardless of the number of shares it has in the company but, on the contrary, the new meeting will enable to any shareholder to obtain his right with the highest level of legal security, both at the moment of obtaining rights and in the future period of obtaining the same right of a shareholder.
