"MK Commerce" gave best offer for procurement of agricultural combine "Agrounija"

Novi Sad-based company MK Commerce gave the best offer for procurement of agricultural combine "Agrounija" from Inđija. For take-over of 70% of ownership in "Agrounija", "MK Commerce" offered price of €2.5m, investment program worth €5.1m, as well as unconditional acceptance of minimal obligations from the social program. On the tender for sale of "Agrounija" the offer was also delivered by consortium of Belgrade-based companies "Univerzal", "Mancop agrar" and "Soko grupa".
