Republic Minister of Finance, Mlađan Dinkić, announced that, after the adoption of the budget rebalance, better mortgage credit terms would be provided for the citizens of Serbia. After the rebalance, through credit down payment for apartment construction, the interest rate on mortgage credits will be lowered from 8.5% to 6% on annual basis.
