Delta and Celebic sell stake at Generali Podgorica

Delta group from Serbia and Celebic group from Montenegro sold minority stake at Podgorica-based Delta Generali holding to Generali Srbia and Generali group for the region of CEE (GPH).
As it was announced from Generali group from Prague, with this acquisition, GPH and Generali took over full control over Delta Generali Osiguranje Podgorica a.d, which was100% owned by Podgorica-based Delta Generali holding.
Generali group had a stake of51% in Delta Generali holding from Podgorica.
Delta Generali osiguranje Podgorica was set up in 2008 and it is the third in
size company in Montenegro in the life insurance sector with the premium of EUR
10,25 m and a market stake of 16,6% at the end of 2013.
