Production started in "1. maj" in Lešnica

- After the regular winter repair of production lines, machines and related equipment, the production in the Industry of building materials "1. maj" in Lešnica near Loznica has been resumed – said Manager Radomir Tadić.

According to the words of Tadić, total of 4m RSD was invested in this-year three-month repair, which ended at the end of March. This repair will contribute to the preservation of previously achieved technical-technological level of production, which is carried out in accordance with the highest European standards.

In that way, the conditions have been created for daily production of 40,000 pieces of hollow building blocks of standard format and of top quality, which are in great demand in Republic of Srpska – said Tadić and pointed out that "1. maj" produced bricks to the buyers’ orders.

The workers of "1. maj" have formed the consortium, so that they could buy the remaining 43% of stocks of the company at the forthcoming auction, if there were no other buyers.
