"Fima proaktiv" – second investment fund in Serbia obtained working license

The Securities Commission of Serbia has issued the working license to the investment fund from Croatia "Fima proaktiv".

That is the second investment fund that obtained working license in Serbia. The first license went to the fund from Belgrade, "Delta Plus", of which founder is company "Delta".

The Law on investment funds was adopted at the end of May 2006 and it has been in effect since December 11, 2006. That Law stipulates that all foreign investment funds must be registered until the end of July 2007.
