Company "Velux" represented light tunnel for dark premises in house

At the Belgrade Fair, famous European manufacturer of roof windows "Velux" represented a light tunnel that provides natural light in the darker parts of the house, such as corridors or bathrooms, where it is impossible to install traditional roof window.

The tunnels are produced in two variants and they connect roof with the ceiling, either with the flexible tube that conducts light up to two meters, or with inflexible one that conducts light up to six meters.

The light tunnel is fixated, it can not be opened or closed and it is made of hardened glass with special coating, which is not needed to be specially maintained. The representatives of "Velux" informed that the ten-year guarantee is given for the roof windows with thermal and hydro-insulation system BDX, which enables easier and quicker installation and reduces possibility of condensation.

The windows are opened by means of the remote controller, which also controls interior blinds. The windows also have rain sensors, by means of which they are shut automatically.
