Industrial Zone in Blace to Get New Traffic Route with Accompanying Infrastructure

The industrial zone in Blace could soon get new features – a street with an accompanying infrastructure.

For this purpose, the Municipality of Blace opened the tender for the preparation of the project-technical documentation, which encompasses the newly designed traffic route from 7. jul Street to the state road, a sewer system for the street and public lighting.

According to the technical documentation of the tender, the street will have 550 meters and be built up to IB-grade state road no. 38. It is noted that the project will not include the construction of a connection to the state road.

The technical documentation features the preparation of a preliminary design, a project for the building permit and a final project, which includes the traffic route, the sewer system and the public lighting, as well as the project of re-parcellation in line with the planning documents of a higher order.

The value of the job is RSD 416,667, and the tender is open until December 22.

This investment is a continuation of the development of the industrial zone in Blace. This year, with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the project of reconstruction of Vojvode Misica Street with the accompanying infrastructure was commenced.
