Javni poziv u kojem Grad traži privatnog patnera za prelazak grejanja sa lož-ulja i mazuta na biomasu i gas i kojim je bilo previđeno da budu izgrađene dve nove kotlarnice, nije uspeo pošto su dve pristigle ponude ocenjene kao nepotpune i nisu ispunile tražene uslove, pa je tender obustavljen.
