Komgradnja je građevinsko preduzeće, specijalizovano za izgradnju i projektovanje hidrotehničkih sistema: vodovoda, kanalizacije, drenažnih sistema, toplodalekovoda, crpnih stanica, rezervoara, izlivnih građevina, sistema za prečišćavanje voda i sl. Poseduje sopstvenu mehanizaciju: bagere-rovokopače, teretno-transportna vozila različite tonaže, kao i potrebnu opremu – muljne pumpe, agregate, kompresore, mehaničke razbijače, oplatu i slično, što pruža mogućnost angažovanja na najsloženijim inženjerskim objektima.

"Inženjering plus projekt" nadgleda radove na izgradnji vodovoda u Tutinu
Izgradnja vodovoda u Tutinu, koja je počela 2009. godine, biće nastavljena i u 2011, kada je planiran i završetak izgradnje objekta za smeštaj pogona i uređaja za preradu sirove vode. Tokom 2009 i 2010. godine, privredno društvo "Inženjering plus projekt" je izvršilo uslugu stručnog nadzora u okviru realizacije tog projekta.
