Our office represents foreign clients in the resolution of disputes and litigation before courts in Serbia & Montenegro and international arbitrations. In addition, our office provides services in other fields, including civil law, labor law, immigration, real estate, property law, intellectual property and patent law, telecommunications, competition, international private law and information technology (IT) law.

We provide continuous, long-term legal advice to a large number of international corporate clients in Serbia & Montenegro and we serve as counsel of choice for the German and Austrian embassies in Belgrade, as well as being listed as recommended attorneys by several other embassies in Serbia, including those of the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada.

Experienced in the process of privatization, we have been and are currently engaged as legal counsel both by the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia and by foreign investors, participants in tender privatizations in Serbia.
